DSM Deretil Spain in management buyout

DSM Deretil Spain has been brought out by its Spanish managers and has split from the main Dutch group.
Deretil as it is now known, operates its main factory in Villaricos where it manufactures base products for antibiotics. It has another factory in China and its operational offices are in Barcelona.
