Minister of Health quits over corruption charges

The national Minister for Health, Social Services and Equility, Ana Mato, has quit tonight after a senior judge accused her of “lining her pockets” together with her husband, who has been charged in the gürtel corruption case. I had a coffee this morning with our local Health Inspector Martin, in Apollo bar in Los Gallardos. I noticed he (wisely?) stayed away from the tapas. Espana Directo (the TV show) has a recipe segment daily, where they go to restaurants around Spain and the chef shows you how to cook a local specialty.
