Junta publishes plans to permit 90,000 homes to be built on the coast

The Junta de Andalucia has published a 10 year plan to regulate the construction along the Andalucian seafront. The plan is designed to regulate and control the construction of seafront homes, with a view towards building ecologically sustainable tourism propelled towns up and down Andalucia.
