Mesa Roldán in Carboneras is falling down

The watchtower of Mesa Roldán in Carboneras is “neglected and in danger of collapse” according to a complaint filed by the friends of the Cabo de Gata last week. 9 lighthouses across Almería mooted for hotel use

Puertos de España, the public company that owns and operates Spanish lighthouses, has proposed 9 lighthouses across Almería province for conversion into hotels.
