It’s been confirmed that La Mata bowling club is to be dissolved, and the green grass bowling centre decommissioned. Members of the club have been told that their memberships will end at the end of December, and the centre will not open for the new year. The club had about 70 members. A shame. It’s a lovely location.
La Mata in Mojacar on 21 July. The concert is by the Gloucester Cathedral Youth Choir (who are highly rated in England) and will be performing for 2 hours with music for everyone. The choir are visiting Mojacar before going on to perform in Nerja and Gibraltar on what is a working holiday.
