Juan Moreno restaurant in Vera wins another award

Local Vera restaurant “Juan Moreno” has won yet another prestigious award, this time the “Al Andalus” 2009 Gastronomic Award for the Best Restaurant in Andalucia, awarded by the Andalucian Federation of wine and food Guild ( Federación Andaluza de Cofradías Vínicas y Gastronómicas). Juan Moreno – first restaurant in Almeria to get the “Q” of Quality

Chef Juan Moreno, of Restaurant Juan Moreno fame, and one of Almerías top chefs, has been awarded the “Q” of Quality in Tourism for the excellence of his restaurant. Vera to host Solar Cooking Promotions

Next 10th of September are the Solar Cooking Promotions in Vera main square (in front of the Cathedral). Sponsored by Castillo de Tabernas, Silestone and the Association of Chefs & Bakers Indalo, the idea is to promote local dishes, cooked by the sun.
