Police swooped on a gang allegedly offering immigrants false paperwork and addresses to support their requests to have their families admitted to Spain. Police on full alert in Roquetas for trouble

Police are on full orders to be on maximum alert for trouble in the Roquetas & Poniente area. Community leaders amongst the African immigrant community have warned of “high tensions” after the recent murder of Saidi E.S. , killed by mistake by a friend in a fight. 2 Africans found dead in reservoirs in El Ejido

Two African immigrants have been found dead, floating in reservoirs in the last 24hours in El Ejido, in the Las Norias area. Police are refusing to comment on the case, on causes of death or if the two are linked.
