Drugs found in military vehicle

Two hundred kilos of hashish have been discovered inside a military vehicle leaving Africa to return to its base in Viator, Almeria. The lorry belonged to the Duque de Alba II brigade of the Legion which is based outside the capital city. The Guardia Civil have arrested two men running a home delivery drug service in Roquetas del Mar. The police became suspicious after noting a large number of non residents driving through an urbanisation in the outskirts of the city, and mounted a surveillance operation. 2 Coppers in El Ejido sent down for drug dealing

4 years each and €200,000 fine. They were first arrested in 2009, but were allowed to keep working on the frontline until the supreme court decided on their fate.
