The case of the public prosecutor and the stolen Mercadona trolley

Some eagle eyed readers of a newspaper recently spotted this lovely little gem of a photo which is trending on Spanish social media: The gent in the photo is the Public Prosecutor of the Balearic Isles, who is currently very busy making sure the Infanta Elena (of the Royal Family) doesn’t get done in the Caso Noos (he wants the case dropped and all charges struck from the record). Behind him is an obviously pinched Continue reading The case of the public prosecutor and the stolen Mercadona trolley

Spanish Princess puts half a million euros bail money in wrong account

The Spanish Infanta Cristina has been forced to pay 587.413 euros to the Balearic Island court investigating her family for massive corruption for bail. Princess won’t face court in corruption enquiry

The Judge has agreed to suspend the charges levied against the Infanta (Princess Cristina of Spain) after the Public Prosecutor argued there was no reason to involve her in the Caso Noos corruption case, after the Court ruled there was sufficient evidence to charge her with conspiring to defraud the public purse earlier this week.
