The 13 year old who recently killed his teacher with a crossbow in Barcelona will not be tried for the murder after a Judge ruled he was under the age of criminal responsibility. Men from Tarragona (tarraconenses) have the worst semen in Spain, and a Judge has decided to find out why (after much prodding). There has been outrage today as plans to build one of the world’s largest mosques in Barcelona city centre were unveiled. The plan is to rebuild the iconic (and now unused) bullring in the centre of the city. Tamim bin Hamad Al Zani, the Jefe in chief of Qatar, who also sponsors Barça, the local football team, has offered the eye watering amount of 2,2 billion euros to build the mosque.

Barcelona city council, having banned bullfighting back in 2012, is going a step further and banning the simulation of bull fighting, as well as all festivals involving bulls.
