In a surprise move, Turre council has put out to tender the two bars that will be permitted at this years feria.
If you want to run one of them it will cost you 2,500€ plus 200€ flat fee for water & electricity.
You’ll also need to have all your paperwork in order and a public liability insurance minimum of 50k. Each bar must have a minimum of 15 tables and 60 chairs.
You’ll also have a cap on the prices you can charge, which are:
- Water 1€
- Beer, soft drink & wine with tapa 2€
- Mixers 4€
- Liqueur 2,50€
Break these prices and get closed down. Mind you, it appears that a free tapa will be obligatory with beers softdrinks & wine, which isn’t bad.
