The municipal dog pound of Velez Rubio has been “urgently” closed by the Mayor after a spot inspection by Seprona, the environmental police, found “appalling and inhumane” conditions at the place. A human foetus was discovered yesterday evening onboard the Almería – Barcelona bus. This 15 hour bus trip has dozens of stops along the way, but the foetus wasn’t discovered until the bus went into Almería bus station at the end of the trip for a clean.
