People holding the European Health Insurance Card in force are entitled to receive healthcare services they may need from a medical point of view during their temporary stay in Andalusia due to work, study or tourism, taking into account the nature of the treatment and the length of the stay, according to the Spanish regulation. Health Responds (Salud Responde) is the multichanel call centre of the Andalusian Public Health System, which provides healthcare demands regarding health information and management for citizens and health professionals, 24 hour a day, all days per year, everywhere in Andalusia.
