Tomorrow’s skinny dip record may be in danger after man drowns on beach

Vera beach, where tomorrow (Sunday) a world breaking attempt at skinny dipping will take place, was briefly closed today after a 50 year old man drowned in the sea just off the coast. Ideal, which mentions the attempt, says it appears the man got into trouble just off the beach and drowned as other swimmers desperately tried to drag him back to the beach.
