Blackmailer killer found not guilty of murder

A businessman in Viator who in 2009 blew away two well known local gypsies who were extorting money out of him has been found not guilty of murder on appeal.

The Appeals court has decided that he acted in self defence after the two gypsies, leaders of the well known (and feared) Los Pertolos clan from Almeria, had been extorting money with menaces from him for some time, and that he truly felt his life, and those of his family, were in danger after he was unable to meet “payments”.
