Response from Endesa to complain about the power cuts

I recently gave Endesa, our local electricity company, a stinker of a complaint via my local rep about all the power cuts we keep getting.

Here’s their written reply (click to make bigger):

In short, and to save you reading it, it says, in a very diplomatic yet firm manner, “feck off and buy a UPS”.
