Variable speed limits to arrive in Spain

The head of traffic announced today that on top of reducing the speed limit on secondary roads to 90kph, and a possible increase on motorways to 130kph, he will introduce variable speed limits on all major motorways and toll roads. Cajamar (and other banks, no doubts) bring in whopping new commissions for everything

Beware if you haven’t received the letter or ignored it!
