Spanish police have arrested a British man suspected of raping his step-daughter when she was nine years old and years later abusing her daughter as well, authorities said on Friday.
Police arrested the man, named as L. Morris, 66, in Los Gallardos near the southern Spanish city of Almeria, under a European extradition warrant after he moved to Spain from Kent where the alleged rapes took place.
