The Duke of Palma, the son in law of the King of Spain, has been implicated in a major corruption scandal in the Balearic Islands. “Living Costa del Sol” That’s the new trademarked slogan being pushed by the Costa del Sol tourism board, in an attempt to flog 30,000 homes to Brits next year. It joins “Welcome to Andalucia, welcome home“, the new slogan of Andalucia for the British market, believe it or not.

New Murcia airport to start flights in December (and please tell them when San Javier will close, whinges Sacyr)

The new international airport at Murcia, Corvera airport, will start trialling commercial flights in December, according to local paper La Opinion de Murcia. AENA, the airports operator, has submitted a request to the Spanish flight authorities AESA to open the air routes as from mid December.
