Been charged for schoolbooks? Ask for your money back

The Junta has confirmed that a small number of public educational centres (primary schools to you and me) in the province have wrongly charged for this years text books. All textbooks were supposed to have been free this year (elections, you know). If you were charged by your school for educational materials, you need to submit a request for a refund along with the original receipt.
