Yesterday, in a press conference in Qatar, Zapatero said he was unable to understand how anyone could criticise the new 110 kph max speed limit and furthermore, the “most advanced nations in Europe, such as Great Britain” had similar speed limits. Brits registered to vote in Almeria

The INE has released data on the number of people eligable to vote in the May 22 elections. According to La Voz, 14.670 “foriengers” have registered to vote in the May elections, out of which 7.280 are Brits, by far the largest percentage.
