Guardia reduce traffic controls to save cash

The Guardia Civil have announced that they will be reducing planned traffic controls, mainly breathlyser and drug tests, in an effort to reduce costs, after pressure from the Ministry of the Interior about their fuel bill. 14 year old votes in UK election (will results be annulled?)
