A Scottish man living in Marbella has been fined some €3,500 (according to the BBC) for driving at 271 KPH in his Ferrari California on the A-92N near Baza, Granada.

The limit there is 120 KPH.

QUESTIONS

A) How did the coppers catch up with him to flag him over

B) why isn’t he in jail?

I know the California is a mere “entry level” Ferrari, but it still costs around €200,000. Think €3,500 bothers him?
