As from Monday, the town hall of Benidorm has ordered that anybody found on any of the 5 main beaches between 12 midnight and 7 in the morning is to be cautioned or, if incapicitated (ie, pissed), fined up to €750. Mainly due to the fact that the tractors they send out at night to clean the beaches keep running over drunks asleep on the beach.
