Junta will legalise a large number of urban centres throughout the Almanzora

In the IV Urban Planning conference in Albox yesterday, Luis Caparros, AKA “Mr Demolition Man”, announced that the Juntas’ Planning Department would proceed to legalise “a large number” of illegal “urban centres” that are scattered across the Almanzora. Constitutional court throws out the Priors case

The Constitutional Court of Spain has rejected Len & Helen Priors case that they are entitled to economic compensation for the demolition of their home by the Junta last January. The Court upheld the ruling of Court Nº 2 in Almería, that their house was illegal and had been built without obtaining the necessary permits from the Junta de Andalucía.
