EU to take Spain to court over “land grab” laws

The Telegraph (read full story) reports that the EU is to take Spain to the EU courts over the controversial “land grab” laws that allows promotors and developers to seize public land if it is demonstrated “in the public good”.

The EU claims that projects were awarded “without fair competition” and were corrupt. Well, duh.
